This role is focused on building and managing sales pipelines to maximize company revenue and customer value in target markets via effective cross team collaboration, info collection and CRM system operation.
Responsibilities:

Operationalize data-oriented leads & opportunity generation and management process, including but not limited to data vendor collaboration, database marketing and ecosystem leads exchange

Generate contactable leads and opportunities through conducting market research and analyze client’s profiles based on strategic business directions

Leverage specialist tools to acquire and supplement leads data, use excel and other data tools to clean and upload data following CRM system standard

Consolidate and maintain tracking reports of sales leads and opportunities

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to sales teams and data vendors to identify opportunities, improve leads quality and operational efficiency
Qualifications

Passionate about growth and commercial functions in a start-up environment to scale up growth opportunities

Skilled in data analysis and market research; holds craftsmanship in daily work to enable maximized commercial impact

Excellent communicator, works well with commercial and backoffice cross functional teams and external partners in all occasions

Sensitive to new business opportunities with curiosity to learn from and passion to engage with ideal profile customers

Enthusiastic problem solver with dedication, willing to take extra miles for excellent outcomes

Bachelor degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English

Optional: prior experience in using Salesforce CRM
