工作职责：
1、客户管理：带领团队批量承接由商务拓展、直销等销售团队获取的 B2B 行业客户，确保客户顺利落地并稳定交易。
2、客户运营与增长：根据公司战略及业务发展目标，制定并优化 B2B 客户的维护、续约及增长策略，推动额外销售，提升支付交易量和收入。
3、产品优化与客户需求调研：结合 B2B 业务线的产品迭代进程，深入研究行业客户痛点，主动收集产品使用反馈，并与产品、技术团队紧密合作，推动产品优化和升级。
4、运营协调与落地执行：协调各内部团队（销售、产品、运营等），确保产品优化落地，同时优化服务流程，提升客户体验，为客户创造长期价值。
5、行业研究与策略调整：深入理解 B2B 外贸及相关行业在跨境支付、汇兑、外汇风险管理等方面的需求，保持对行业趋势的高度敏感，推动业务优化与可持续发展。
6、团队协作：协同团队制定执行计划，分解目标，设定关键节点，提升整体作业效率和业绩。
任职要求：

大学本科及以上学历；

两年以上相关工作经验，有销售、客户运营团队管理经验；银行/跨境支付/外汇/跨境电商背景优先；

有极强的自我驱动力，以结果为导向，对结果负责；

有优秀团队协作能力，以人为本，培育长期合作，促进团队成长；

具备优秀的策划与客户沟通能力，能够基于数据分析客户行为，总结共性问题，在客户群中建立影响力和长期合作关系；
