Job Description
For CN Venture Partnerships, you will be a key driver in setting and executing our strategic direction for growth in the market. Your primary focus will be on building and enhancing the brand image, as well as increasing market penetration through systematic commercial activities. This role requires close collaboration with startups, entrepreneurs, and key stakeholders in the PE/VC industry.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion.

Build partnerships with startups, entrepreneurs, and PE/VC/CVC firms to enhance brand presence and market influence

Lead and oversee systematic commercial activities to achieve business objectives

Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Qualifications:

7+ years working in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or related fields

Proven experience in venture partnerships, business development, or related roles within the Chinese market

Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, PE/VC landscape, and commercial activities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
-
Collaborative approach to leadership and problem solving, including proven success in attracting and developing talent
