What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Startup Partner Marketing to lead the development and execution of our global Airwallex for Startups program. In this role, you will design and scale a global startup initiative and launch impactful campaigns to acquire startups via VC/PE firms, accelerators, and startup communities. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful programs that create value for startups and their ecosystems while strengthening Airwallex’s role as a trusted partner in the startup space.
The role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:

Build and execute a global partner marketing strategy focused on startups, spin up new campaigns and initiatives that add continuous value to startups and our partners.

Serve as the thought leader and brand ambassador of Airwallex for Startups program (internally and externally) and collaborate with regional channel partners and marketing teams to drive co-marketing initiatives with startup ecosystem partners.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Brand, Content, and Sales, to develop and deploy campaigns tailored to startups.

Develop enablement materials to support startup channel partners and regional marketing teams, including playbooks, toolkits, and case studies.

Establish and build the reporting and measurement infrastructure to track program performance.

Stay current with trends in startup ecosystems, channel marketing, and payments landscape to inform, improve, and evolve the program.
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:

8+ years of experience in startup partner marketing or a related field.

Proven ability to execute marketing programs with regional teams across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and global B2B marketing strategies and tactics.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, CRM systems like Salesforce, and analytics tools like Looker.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred qualifications:

Prior experience in building startup programs at fast growing startups will be a big plus.

Experience in the fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors.

Experience working in dynamic, high-growth startups or companies.

Familiarity with building and managing partner marketing initiatives tailored to startups.
