What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to take ownership of Airwallex’s YouTube content creator partnerships and support Airwallex’s global affiliate program operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Airwallex’s brand presence through authentic and impactful content creator collaborations, driving both brand visibility and customer acquisition. Your expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and data analysis will be pivotal in maximizing the effectiveness of our partner marketing programs.
The role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:

Content Creator Partnership
-
Develop and lead Airwallex’s global YouTube content creator partnership strategy, with a focus on collaborating with creators for content that drive brand awareness, consideration, engagement and growth.

Identify, recruit, engage and negotiate with YouTube creators whose content resonates with Airwallex’s target audience. Represent Airwallex’s brand voice and values in all creator relationships and content partnerships

Design and execute content creation and partnership initiatives, including sponsored content, authentic product reviews, and educational video collaborations.

Continuously optimize the Content Creator partnership approach based on performance insights, user feedback, and evolving content trends.

Affiliate Program Operation

Support the affiliate partner program’s day-to-day, including affiliate partner onboarding, contract negotiation, performance tracking, reporting, and payment processing.

Nurture existing affiliate and referral partnerships, providing strategic support and resources to ensure successful promotion of Airwallex’s products and services.

Cross-Channel Collaboration & Content Localization

Work with cross-functional teams including Brand & Content, Product Marketing, regional marketing, and commercial teams, to ensure all partner and creator-driven content aligns with Airwallex’s product messaging and is locally relevant

Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:

5–7 years’ experience in partner marketing, influencer/content creator marketing, and/or affiliate program management, ideally in the B2B, fintech, or SaaS sectors.

Proven success in negotiating and managing content creator or influencer partnerships at scale.

Deep knowledge of influencer/content creator ecosystems, YouTube platform analytics, and content trends

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools (Impact, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics), data interpretation, and optimization.

Success working in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional global environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to build strong relationships across cultural and organizational boundaries.

Self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently, and ability to thrive through ambiguity.

Bachelor’s degree
