Our Quality Assurance team is dedicated to continuously enhancing operational excellence, process efficiency, and the systems underpinning our services. We are seeking a knowledgeable risk domain expert to join our team, driving advancements across risk operations programs with an ultimate goal to support a roboust risk management framework.
Responsibilities:

Conduct daily quality assurance checks on risk operations work to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements

Take ownership of risk domain QA programs, ensuring QA evaluations are completed with high productivity and precision

Deliver high-quality assessment results via monthly QA reports, identifying operational errors, procedural gaps, and system limitations

Analyze root causes of identified gaps and provide actionable solutions to address QA findings, closely monitoring the remediation process

Collaborate with global stakeholders across different functions to improve operation quality, procedures, and systems

Proactively lead or support global projects and initiatives for quality uplift
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in payments, financial services or related industries (e.g. underwriting, merchant risk monitoring, dispute handling)

Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, brand risk, credit risk, fraud and dispute management

At least 1-2 years of experience in process optimization

Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience is highly desirable

Quick learner, self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interrogate data and processes and propose practical solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
