About the team

Join our Ecosystem Partnership Infrastructure Team, where we are pioneering the development of a cutting-edge app marketplace built on top of OAuth technology. Our mission is to empower third-party partners and developers to create innovative applications that leverage our robust public API, unlocking new opportunities for financial management and significantly enhancing the value of business accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Marketplace Development: We are building a secure and scalable app marketplace that provides a user-friendly experience and enables third-party developers to seamlessly integrate their applications into our platform. This will foster a vibrant ecosystem of applications that address a wide range of financial management needs.

  • OAuth Integration: Our team implements OAuth protocols to ensure secure and efficient authorization processes. This allows external developers to access our API safely, promoting trust and collaboration within our developer community.

  • API Enhancement: We continuously enhance our public APIs, providing comprehensive documentation and support to facilitate the development of high-quality applications. Our APIs serve as the backbone for innovative solutions that can transform how businesses manage their finances.

  • Business Value Amplification: By enabling a wide range of third-party applications, we help businesses unlock new functionalities and efficiencies. Our marketplace not only broadens the scope of financial management tools available but also increases the overall value of business accounts.

  • Open Banking: Lead the integration of Open Banking APIs and standards into the app marketplace, ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering complex frontend features with React and TypeScript, including requirements breakdown, time estimation, and active participation in team planning and discussions.

  • Building micro Frontend web applications with domain-based design architecture.

  • Working closely with product managers and key stakeholders to define product roadmap, prioritise projects and ship incrementally to production.

  • Actively engaging with our Frontend Guild, researching cutting-edge technologies, and driving initiatives to build high-quality products and clean up technical debt.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for operational excellence and a delightful user experience.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Over 3 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, developing Internet applications, large financial systems, or e-commerce platforms.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js

  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

  • Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.

  • Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with frontend build tools and task runners, such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

  • Experience with version control and collaborative development workflows.
