What you’ll do
We are seeking an Executive Sourcing Partner to play a pivotal role in building our world-class leadership team as we scale globally. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to map, source, and attract exceptional talent for critical positions across Product, Engineering, Design, Corporate, and Commercial functions.

Responsibilities:

Source, identify, and attract talent for roles across all departments and functions in Airwallex

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to each role.

Use sourcing data and recruitment metrics to inform and optimize the sourcing strategy and drive improvements in sourcing efficiency.

Conduct research to map out companies and markets, identify potential talent pools, and provide insights into industry trends.

Evaluate candidate profiles beyond technical skills – we seek individuals who form clear perspectives and can constructively defend their positions through data and reasoning.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by informing them of timely recruitment updates and demonstrating our commitment to Taking Ownership through proactive communication and accountability.
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience in a sourcing or research role focused on senior/executive level candidates (VP or C-level), preferably in a fast-paced, growth stage environment with a high talent bar

Ability to ramp up on new domains in a short time and ask the right questions to build alignment with hiring teams

Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive recruiting partners
-
Current or former work experience at a SHREK firm

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build confidence and trust

Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a global setting

Knowledge of global and local hiring trends, particularly in the tech and fintech industries.

Strong data analysis skills to track and improve sourcing metrics and strategies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to shifting priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to engage candidates effectively.

A bachelor’s degree
