The Opportunity:

As a vital member of the Tech Platform Team, you will be part of a specialized force that meticulously bridges the gap between business exigencies and architectural finesse. You will engage in:

– An advanced application infrastructure meticulously crafted to alleviate common challenges across the entire organization, significantly lowering maintenance costs for developers and streamlining innovation;

– Masterfully addressing intricate, organization-wide challenges through the strategic deployment of cutting-edge technologies such as reactive programming, temporal, vector databases, distributed systems, and advanced gateway solutions;

– Comprehensive, organization-wide evaluations of strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Product Managers to analyze the product requirements and then produce the technique solutions & execution plan to deliver the software products;

2. Hands-on design, implementation and deliver software functions;

3. Analyze and validate the technique design for the software functions from the team;

4. Review code from team members and ensure the standards;

5. Engage with the Product Manager in building a backlog that continuously contributes to the execution of the roadmap;

6. Assure the collaboration between your team and other teams including local/global engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and product manager teams.

Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of back-end development experience; Have experience in developing large-scale system;

2. Proficient in coding and scripting languages (Java(Kotlin) /C++ /Python, etc.). Strong software design and system design abilities.

3. In depth knowledge in one of these: OpenResty/PostgreSQL/Search Engine

4. Proficient in speaking and writing English;
