What you will do:

Intimately understand the Airwallex product suite to ensure that the right strategic partners are selected to support the delivery our roadmap

Make a direct impact on Airwallex customers by working with partners and internal product teams to deliver new products and payment corridors

Lead a team across China and work with your team to manage partner relationships around China – this team will be expected to work with our partners to develop industry leading solutions, solving problems for our customers that the industry is yet to solve

Have a strong network and be an industry expert and represent Airwallex as a spokesperson at events and in the media
What you will bring:

You are an exceptional communicator – being able to connect with people at all levels, both internally and with external stakeholders, and communicate project expectations effectively is critical

You have experience of high growth technology startups with a financial services capability

Senior level experience with global banks, Scheme and alternative payment providers

You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to hustle, to make a deal work

Have experience effectively managing a high performing team across different time zones
