Director, Sales, SME & Growth

主要职责:

1. 向SME & Growth业务负责人汇报,带领业务发展(BD)团队,拓展在成长型企业市场中的跨境支付业务,目标行业涵盖跨境电商、B2B外贸、线上娱乐/游戏/营销、SaaS、物流、OTA;

2. 参与销售战略的制定,包括行业需求挖掘、产品和解决方案标准化、定价和促销方案、市场策略等,成为行业动态和客户需求的代言人;

3. 负责制定销售目标并拆解销售计划,优化所辖业务的销售流程和销售管理工具;确保公司的战略能够贯彻落地执行;

4. 搭建并管理业务发展团队,对人员的选用育留、业务规范、团队文化负责,提升组织能力;对不达标的团队成员,能及时、有效识别,并通过协访、培训等手段提升销售业绩;

5. 有效管理业务发展团队业绩;负责客户获新的数量和质量,即包括销售业绩达成和销售行为过程;能够根据销售数据、外部市场变化等及时调整推广、销售策略;

6. 高效协同包括产品、市场、战略、客户经理和服务等在内的其他部门,主动推动利于业务发展的跨部门协作、变革和举措;

7. 拥有较深的行业资源和销售能力,能够通过个人网络、外部资源、行业活动等建联潜在客户,开展商业合作;

8. 保持对行业相关领域各类信息的敏感和追踪,探索并推广新的商业合作模式,为公司业务带来可持续发展。

任职要求:

1. 大学本科及以上学历;熟练掌握中英文听说读写

2. 10年以上企业服务销售、业务发展、营销策略规划或管理工作经验,其中带团队经验超过3年,有成功的业务战绩;过往经验不限于外贸、电商、支付领域,云、SaaS、IT开发等领域

3. 有极强的自我驱动力和严格的执行力;以终为始,对过程和结果都有强大的负责心;

4. 除了较强的分析能力和方法论基础之外,需具备出色的沟通能力(简洁且直接),以及识别和影响关键决策者和利益相关者的能力

5. 思维敏捷、有良好的应变能力和承压能力;有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的判断力,既能随机应变,又能高瞻远瞩目光长远
