Background:
As part of our strategic initiative, the CN Commercial team is heavily investing in B2B marketing, targeting a gross profit of $2.5 million by 2025. Following the establishment of Product-Market Fit (PMF) by January 2025, we plan to launch a robust marketing push for our B2B vertical.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated B2B Marketing Manager to drive brand recognition and business growth within the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in B2B marketing, and have a strong understanding of both domestic and international market environments. This role involves crafting tailored strategies aligned with product and business needs while closely collaborating with product, commercial, and partnership teams to ensure effective execution of our B2B marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

B2B Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in designing and implementing a comprehensive B2B marketing plan that integrates online and offline activities to enhance brand awareness and attract potential trade suppliers.

Canton Fair Trade Bridge Program Management: Serve as the primary liaison for the Canton Fair initiative, overseeing the recruitment of overseas suppliers and facilitating their successful participation in various events. Leverage Airwallex’s global merchant network and collaborate with third parties to connect global buyers with local suppliers through online and offline events.

B2B Event Management: Work with local marketing teams, third-party vendors, B2B ecosystem and association partners to organize and execute 20-30 online and offline events in 2025, fostering valuable connections between local suppliers and buyers.

Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with B2B ecosystem partners and industry associations to drive lead generation and conversion rates.

B2B Content Production: Identify and engage local and global influencers and media partners, collaborating with the content marketing team to produce relevant B2B videos, social media posts, and articles.

Market Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key trends and “hotspots” within the B2B landscape, optimizing outreach strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to strategies to align with business objectives.
Qualifications:

Strong track record in B2B marketing with measurable success.

In-depth understanding of domestic and international B2B market dynamics.

Minimum of 6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in financial services or technology.
