Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sr. Growth Marketing Manager/Director  to lead our end-to-end lead generation and conversion strategies. This role is pivotal in driving our growth initiatives, optimizing marketing efforts, and ensuring alignment across all channels to maximize customer acquisition and retention, with a strong focus on SEM, SEO, and paid social marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that fuel lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, with an emphasis on SEM, SEO, and paid social marketing.

    • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across various marketing channels.

  • Lead Generation:

    • Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative lead generation across all major search engines to attract and engage potential customers.

    • To drive traffic and leads, utilize advanced SEM techniques, including PPC campaigns and display advertising.

    • Optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, improve search rankings, and generate quality leads.

    • Constantly optimize performance

  • Paid Social Marketing:

    • Lead the development and execution of targeted paid social marketing campaigns across platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat to maximize reach and engagement.

    • Analyze and optimize ad performance, ensuring effective spend allocation and high ROI.

  • Conversion Optimization:

    • Analyze and optimize the customer journey to enhance conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.

    • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to refine messaging, landing pages, and user experiences.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Leverage analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and refine targeting strategies.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product and content teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

    • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices across teams.

  • Team Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

    • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team capabilities in growth marketing.

  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

    • Analyze budget performance to ensure spending aligns with strategic growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving lead generation and conversion.

  • Strong expertise in SEM, SEO, and paid social marketing, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns and optimizing performance.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics software.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Tele-sales and lifecycle marketing experience is a plus

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
