What you’ll do

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to support our growing partnerships function. In this role, you’ll be responsible for equipping our partner team with the tools, content, and resources they need to engage, activate, and grow our partner ecosystem. You’ll help shape how we communicate the value of Airwallex to and through our partners, focusing on enablement, education, and go-to-market support.

This role is ideal for a strategic marketer and natural collaborator with a passion for turning complex solutions into clear, compelling partner-facing materials. You’ll work closely with our Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams to build a foundation of repeatable assets and programs that drive partner success.

The role is based in San Francisco.  

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a scalable library of enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, sales playbooks, demos, FAQs, case studies, and training content tailored to partners.

  • Collaborate with GTM and strategic partnerships teams to understand partner needs and translate them into effective enablement materials.

  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives by producing marketing collateral that educates partners and enables them to co-sell effectively with Airwallex.

  • Act as a central coordination point between Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing to ensure partner content is accurate, timely, and aligned with broader messaging.

  • Drive internal partner readiness by creating onboarding guides, training sessions, and certification programs to improve partner engagement and productivity.

  • Build and maintain a tracking framework to assess partner enablement effectiveness, usage of materials, and feedback loops for ongoing improvement.

  • Ensure consistency in partner messaging across regions and channels by aligning closely with global marketing and brand teams.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 7 years of experience in partner marketing, enablement—ideally in fintech, SaaS companies.

  • Proven experience developing partner-facing content and tools that drive engagement, education, and sales outcomes.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.

Preferred qualifications: 

  • MBA degree. 

  • Familiarity with the payments ecosystem or cross-border commerce.

$150K – $200K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
