Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, including the review, assessment, and approval of KYC review

Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients and scenarios, ensuring rigorous investigation and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Maintain a strong and up-to-date knowledge of AML policies and KYC procedures, and ensure the timely update and maintenance of all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Foster robust cross-functional collaboration by bridging diverse team requirements and facilitating effective communication among key stakeholders, including global operations, commercial, compliance, and other relevant teams

Mentor and support the professional development of junior team members; deliver training sessions and provide quality assurance throughout their onboarding and learning process

Assist the team leader in team management and actively contribute to the optimization of projects and internal processes
What you’ll bring:
-
Extensive expertise in AML and KYC regulations, with proven ability to apply them effectively in operational environments.

5+ years of hands-on experience in AML and KYC roles.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to coordinate seamlessly across local commercial teams, compliance, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work confidently in multilingual and cross-cultural business environments.

A proactive, creative, and self-motivated mindset, complemented by a pragmatic approach and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for personal deliverables.
