针对销售开场白是否礼貌，产品介绍是否详细，客户需求挖掘是否清晰，以及异议处理是否完善，是否有促单动作等几方面，给予销售录音打分。
每日输出录音抽检报告，提出优化建议，帮助团队提升电话沟通质量
每月抽检数量，其中有效录音占比，通过回听录音定位电话销售问题，指导一线坐席提升销售沟通技巧，规范销售行为；
同时，增强客户的满意度，优化销售流程，如销售过程中某些环节导致客户流失率高，下单过程中常见问题等优化动作。
