带领业务发展（BD）团队，聚焦 B2B 外贸客户市场，拓展跨境支付业务。

参与销售战略的制定，包括行业需求挖掘、产品和解决方案标准化（包括结合公司收管付多元化产品能力设计资金流方案）、定价和促销包装、市场策略等，成为行业动态和客户需求的代言人。

制定销售目标并拆解销售计划，优化所辖业务的销售流程和销售管理工具；确保公司的战略能够贯彻落地执行，并对营收及流水目标的达成负责。

有效管理个人和整个业务发展团队业绩；管理销售工作的数量和质量，包括销售业绩达成和销售行为过程；能够根据销售数据、外部市场变化等及时调整推广、销售策略；对不达标的团队成员，能及时、有效识别，并通过协访、培训等手段提升销售业绩。

高效协同包括运营、产品、市场、战略、客户经理和服务等在内的其他部门，主动推动利于业务发展的跨部门协作、变革和举措。

拥有较深的行业资源和销售能力，能够通过个人网络、外部资源、行业活动等建联潜在客户，开展商业合作。

保持对行业相关领域各类信息的敏感和追踪，探索并推广新的商业合作模式，为公司业务带来可持续发展。
任职要求：

大学本科及以上学历；熟练掌握中英文听说读写。

必须具备团队管理经验（Team Leader经历为必备条件），并有3年以上带团队的成功战绩；同时有外贸收款、外贸SaaS、跨境电商、ERP等相关行业经验者。

有极强的自我驱动力和严格的执行力；以终为始，对过程和结果都有强大的责任心。

除了较强的分析能力和方法论基础之外，需具备出色的沟通能力（简洁且直接），以及识别和影响关键决策者和利益相关者的能力。

思维敏捷、有良好的应变能力和承压能力；有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的判断力，既能随机应变，又能高瞻远瞩目光长远。
