About the team

The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage market and data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify strategic growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex scales efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll do

This is a generalist role on the Revenue Operations team where you will align with one business segment, either SMB or Enterprise. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is capable of balancing multiple initiatives, thriving in uncertainty, and ruthlessly prioritizing to deliver the maximum impact.

This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Work closely with sales leadership to build, maximize, and align high quality accounts for sales

  • Process improvement: Identity process gaps and take ownership to execute solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial team

  • Reporting and Analytics: Own reporting and analysis that support GTM objectives and identify gaps to improve

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and structure data to highlight business opportunities, monitor GTM performance, and support decision making by leadership

  • Comp Plans and Commissions: Partner with sales leadership to develop compensation plans, while also leading the commission process

  • Strategic Projects: Work on strategic projects in partnership with sales leadership and other stakeholders

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of revenue operations experience

  • Salesforce experience (Admin preferred, not required)

  • Familiarity with our sales stack: Outreach, Zoominfo, Clay, Salesforce

  • Experience using Excel/Gsheets and BI tools (Looker a plus)

  • Start up, technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth, fast-paced  environment

  • Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills with clear, concise communications

  • Experience with compensation and commission plans, nice to have

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills

  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on

  • Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes

  • Able to work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures

$95K – $145K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
