About the team

The Operations team at Airwallex ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of our services and processes. We focus on optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer support. By streamlining operations and implementing best practices, we help drive the company’s growth and maintain high service standards. Our team is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our customers and supporting Airwallex’s mission to empower businesses globally.

What you’ll do

This hire for the US Operations team will work within the larger global Operations organization to build a delightful customer product onboarding and profile setting configuration experience for Airwallex customers all over the world. In this role, you will also work across the customer lifecycle and do a lot of post-onboarding work, as well.

The Senior Analyst, Client Enablement works with various internal stakeholders to ensure Airwallex client accounts are ready for transaction and that client transactions can be processed smoothly in production environments. This role also works closely with product teams to share clients’ feedback to improve user experience.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key source of knowledge on Airwallex configuration topics across product domains for both pricing and capability configurations details

  • Work with account executives to amend Airwallex account pricings per commercial team’s request

  • Co-work with solution engineers globally to gather, validate, and apply configuration requests to enable capabilities suiting client business and technical needs

  • Collaborate closely with commercial, operations, and product teams: gather, evaluate, and summarize improvements opportunities within platform client onboarding processes

  • Develop and manage on-shore functional programs and projects that enable US operational and organizational goals

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in payment industry or operations at a technology company

  • Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, and customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written English

  • You are a strong team player who thrives in working in close collaboration with other teams

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Self-starter, able to work independently when needed, and to prioritize tasks

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Information Sciences or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

  • Technical skill set of VBA, SQL, and visualization tools like Looker and Data Studio

  • Experience working in a global, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with reading and parsing JSON formatting

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
