工作职责:
1. 建立完善与公安、司法、金融监管等相关部门的协调沟通,配合风险处置协查,推动企业合规经营和稳健发展;
2. 参与内部违规行为调查与风险案件防控管理,与其他部门联合建立公司内部案防工作体系;
3. 参与公司核心业务规划及内控规则制定,协助建立风险预警机制,定期开展风险评估及排查;
4. 协助公司属地业务运营保障及业务拓展,提升政府层面认可度。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,7年以上从业经历,具有广东、北京、上海等地公安经侦刑侦、政法、监察、金融监管等工作经验者优先;
2. 熟悉国家法律法规及监管机关对案件防控相关要求,熟悉了解金融支付业务的基础知识和运作规律,有防范处置跨境诈骗类案件经验为佳;
3. 具有较强的网络构建和资源拓展能力,“自驱型”工作态度和强执行力,能独立开展工作和有效组织跨部门协作。
4. 正直诚信,具备责任心、使命感和团队合作精神。
5。 具备一定的英文水平,满足基本工作需要。
