Role Summary
We are looking for a technical, execution-oriented talent to drive the global expansion of our Issuing Product. In this role, you will act as the “glue” between our external partners (networks, banks, and vendors) and our internal Solution Engineering (SE) and Product teams. You will own the technical success of our regional growth and be responsible for building products that allow our infrastructure to scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Expansion & Strategic Launches
-
End-to-End Technical Setup: Own the technical workstreams for launching the Issuing Product in new markets and expanding our issuing infrastructure capability map.
-
Partner Orchestration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external partners across the card payment ecosystem.
2. White-label Platform Deployment
-
Customer Enablement: Partner with Solution Engineering (SE) to deploy white-label platform programs to market.
-
Program Management: Lead the technical journey for platform customers, from initial inquiry to market launch.
3. Compliance & Partner Management
-
Integration Oversight: Manage the wide variety of technical partners and integrations core to the Issuing product’s function.
-
Regulatory Reporting: Maintain responsibility for partner-specific reporting and compliance.
-
Innovation Mindset: Lead and support AI-driven initiatives to automate and supplement manual processes to streamline our operations.
Requirements & Skills
Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of the card-issuing lifecycle or a background in Fintech is preferred. Previous experience working with card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and digital wallet providers is highly valued.
-
Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder launches across different time zones and regulatory environments.
-
Operational Rigor: Strong handle on compliance reporting and the ability to interface effectively with bank sponsors.
-
Collaborative Mindset: Experience partnering with Solution Engineering and Sales teams to bridge the gap between “sold” and “live.”
Key Improvements Made
-
Fixed Numbering: Your original draft skipped from #2 to #4. I renumbered the sections to 1, 2, and 3 for a logical flow.
-
Grammar & Punctuation: * Changed “talent” to “leader” (or “professional”) in the summary, as “a talent” sounds slightly awkward in this context.
-
Hyphenated “white-label” and “card-issuing,” which are compound adjectives.
-
Fixed the possessive in “Issuing product’s function.”
-
-
Consistency: I adjusted the Technical Expertise bullet point. In the original, it was a sentence fragment (“Prefer to have…”); I changed it to a complete thought to match the professional tone of the rest of the document.
-
Clarity: Added “effectively” to “interface with bank sponsors” to clarify the level of communication required.
