What you’ll do

As part of the Talent Acquisition team and reporting to the Senior Director Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. A data expert, you will build and tell complex data stories, will drive and support the implementation of new processes at scale, and will support TA operations through the implementation, maintenance and improvement of our systems and tools.

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Data analysis:

  • Establish and pull periodic or ad hoc recruitment data on key metrics for leadership reporting, performance monitoring and any other required analysis 

  • Drive TA modelling & forecasting activities (e.g. hiring demand forecasting, recruiting capacity modelling, interviewer capacity modelling, etc.)

  • Identify overall recruiting trends

  • Provide data driven recommendations for recruiting enhancements

Process improvement:

  • Assess, develop and implement processes to streamline the recruiting process, maximising stakeholder experience.

  • Directly manage global projects, driving the coordination of TA team members across continents while owning change management and communication plans

  • Regularly review recruiting processes to ensure a seamless experience for TA
    Automate processes as much as possible

  • Identify where AI could be adopted to drive performance

Systems and tooling:

  • Ensure our current tech stack is utilised effectively and consistently across the TA function 

  • Ensure TA is educated on how the systems work to ensure clean and accurate data extraction

  • Partner with our HR strategy and system teams to proactively drive functional improvements and system upgrades

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Min 7 years of experience, working as a consultant, a data analyst, or in a talent acquisition operations role

  • Experience working directly in or with a Talent Acquisition team

  • Expertise using Excel or Google sheets

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the capability to effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leaders both verbally and in writing

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast growing tech startup

  • Experience in SQL and data visualisation and analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Qlik, or Tableau

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills 

  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Strong commitment to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and an understanding of data security and privacy
