As part of the People Operations team, you will collaborate closely with global and regional colleagues to deliver high-quality support to our employees and streamline business workflows worldwide. We are looking for a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information within a rapidly evolving organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient HR operations and project delivery according to policies and standards.

  • Take ownership of solutions, including general inquiries and policy explanations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with SLA targets.

  • Manage HRIS tasks efficiently.

  • Guarantee operational compliance with legal regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

  • Provide expert input and support to local and global people partners, including system guidance, policies, and services.

  • Participate in the implementation and improvement of HRIS, including involvement in specific projects.

  • Maintain and timely update workflow documents as a process owner.

  • Collaborate closely with People Partners and other stakeholders to continuously enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders.

What you bring:

  • 1-4 years of experience, preferably with a fast-growing tech startup, financial services, Shared Services, and/or experience in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and occasional overtime during events.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mind is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

CN¥15K – CN¥25K

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
