About the Role
We are seeking a data and results-driven Senior Manager to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will drive commercial optimisations, analyse key performance metrics, support strategic initiatives to drive growth and enable cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact position, directly contributing to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, design, and operational execution for a key revenue motion (e.g., Inbound Sales), working directly with leadership to define the go-to-market approach and build the operational infrastructure needed to scale.

Proactively lead deep-dive analysis on key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, churn) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement.

Take end-to-end ownership of core revenue processes, ensuring their efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the business grows.

Design and implement transformative process improvements, leveraging AI-driven tools, data and technology to streamline workflows for our commercial teams.

Act as the business partner for cross-functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on strategic priorities, optimise joint workflows, and drive cohesive revenue performance.

Own the development and maintenance of operational models, including inbound sales, forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking, directly informing key business decisions.

Build and maintain a suite of operational dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights to stakeholders, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.

Ensure the integrity and hygiene of our core revenue data within systems like Salesforce, acting as a steward for data quality across the organisation.
Who you are

5+ years of experience, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting, and/or revenue/sales strategy & operations in a startup environment.

Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data modelling and working with data reporting tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau).

Proven ability to identify and execute on strategic opportunities and process improvements.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.

Demonstrated experience in independently driving projects whilst navigating ambiguity

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others effectively across teams.

Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in a startup or scale-up.
