About the role

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Manager to spearhead our Enterprise Growth Marketing ambitions across our EMEA region With a focus on developing and executing complex, integrated campaigns, driving strategic enterprise and ABM initiatives and be accountable for both online and offline B2B marketing initiatives designed to scale our customer acquisition efforts including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many.

You’ll work closely with marketing, commercial and strategy teammates both in EMEA and globally, you will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Director and sit alongside a team of EMEA-based marketers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and scale our ABM programs in EMEA – collaborating with the commercial team for our enterprise and top tier named SME accounts including bespoke tailored messaging, targeted ads, lifecycle, events and campaigns

  • Partner closely with the commercial team – to identify the right target accounts for ABM programs, plan, develop and launch tailored campaigns to drive engagement with and pipeline from named accounts

  • Lead the rollout of global marketing campaigns in EMEA – collaborating with the global marketing team to ensure global campaigns are relevant and executed to a high level in EMEA

  • Activate regional campaigns in EMEA – working to ensure all campaigns are cross-channel in nature by collaborating with Content, Field and Growth Marketing Managers in the region

  • Own the planning, strategy, execution, and reporting – of campaigns to accelerate growth and build global best practice

  • Contribute to the brand building of Airwallex – across EMEA across SME and Enterprise segments

  • Continuously identify opportunities to drive growth – this role is all about driving B2B growth. Airwallex is a young team, meaning there is plenty that still needs building as we scale

  • Support our strategy and go-to-market teams to launch new products in the UK

What you’ll need

This role requires an analytical and entrepreneurial individual who can own projects and campaigns with support but minimal guidance. This person is a self-starter, a keen problem-solver, and someone comfortable leading on the details but also being strategic.

Additional requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing role (ideally in B2B) and experience with both online and offline marketing required

  • Experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment delivering high impact marketing initiatives

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence team members in different marketing functions and stakeholders at different levels across the organisation to craft high-impact programs

  • Ability to proactively measure and report on your campaigns and programs to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performance

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty

  • Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organisation

  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-obsessed approach
