Reporting to the Marketing Director in HK, you will be responsible for managing Airwallex events to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition as well as various forms of product integrity field marketing manager to support the Hong Kong Marketing team.
You will work closely with marketing teammates and other members of the commercial team to develop and implement a winning lead generation and partnership strategy. You will be obsessive when it comes to measurement, experimentation, and creative excellence. Responsibilities:

Lead B2B Event Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic, integrated B2B event marketing plan (online and offline) to enhance brand and drive business growth.

Manage High-Impact Events: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events, ensuring quality, measurable outcomes, and strong ROI.

Drive Strategic Partnerships: Work alongside Community Marketing Lead to cultivate and leverage key B2B ecosystem and association partnerships for enhanced lead generation and executive relationship building through events.

Identify Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends to identify event opportunities and optimize outreach strategies.

Measure & Optimize Performance: Track, analyze, and report on event effectiveness, using data to inform and optimize future strategies.

Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) for seamless event delivery and partner experience.
Who you are:

Fluency in Cantonese and English.

Experienced in managing both small and large-scale events.
