About the team

The Product team at Airwallex is a group of passionate builders and problem-solvers who are obsessed with crafting customer-centric solutions that empower businesses to operate anywhere, anytime. We combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of our customers’ needs to design and build unified, intuitive, and scalable products. What you’ll do

As a member of our treasury management product team, you’ll be instrumental in developing our multi-currency wallet, allowing customers worldwide to conveniently hold and convert funds. The team’s goal is to make it simple for all companies, from small coffee shops to multinational enterprises, to manage their money across currencies. You’ll get close to our customers to deeply understand their needs and contribute this knowledge to our strategy and roadmap. You’ll be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch in partnership with engineering and design.

This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand customer requirements by collaborating closely with target users, go-to-market and commercial teams

  • Craft the strategy for our cash management and conversions experiences and develop a detailed plan to accomplish it

  • Partner closely with engineers, designers and data analysts to bring new products to reality

  • Work with our financial platform teams to develop new products, and partner with other domains to improve our overall Business Account offering

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years of overall professional experience

  • Experience identifying and prioritizing opportunities based on customer value

  • A track record of building and delivering products or solutions that speak to craftsmanship and a customer mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with exemplary academic achievements

Preferred qualifications:

  • Computer Science, finance, accounting or business education

  • Experience in fintech, financial services or consulting

  • Prior product management experience

$160K – $230K

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
