What You Will Lead:

1. SMO – Manage Airwallex social media platforms including Douyin, Zhihu and Redbook. Provide content strategy and create shareable content across social platforms to increase engagement and generate qualified leads.

2. KOL Collaboration – Explore and build relationships with KOL and KOC across social media platforms in the cross-border sector. Collaborate with KOL and KOC to increase Airwallex brand awareness, product engagement and lead generation.

3. Database Marketing – Develop, test and optimize data-oriented leads generation approaches and deliver qualified leads, including but not limited to database marketing and data vendor collaboration.

4. Website Optimization – Responsible for the official website experience optimization to improve traffic/lead conversion rates. Use GA to conduct data analysis from various channels (organic search, paid search, paid social, vertical media, etc), develop insights that reveal growth opportunities for the official website

5. Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate with other marketing team members, cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss ideas, receive input, and report results

What Are Required:

1. 8+ years growth marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in B2B marketing.

2. Solid working experience in social marketing, basic knowledge of SMO and SEO.

3. Experience in database marketing/working with data vendors, knowledge of various data vendors/growth-hacking tools is a plus.

4. Excellent communicator, ability to lead initiatives involving cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity and with a strong Entrepreneur mindset

5. Data analytics skill or coding skill is a plus (Python, Ruby, HTML/CSS)

CN¥50K – CN¥70K per month • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

Airwallex promotes fair compensation practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
