We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Marketing in Israel, including community building, field and partner marketing, and localisation efforts. Based in Tel Aviv, you will lead B2B marketing, covering online and offline initiatives, to scale our customer acquisition efforts and brand building in Israel. Although this role will focus on Israel, you will also support Airwallex’s presence across the Middle East.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing for EMEA, you’ll work with the EMEA marketing team, including Content, Brand, ABM, Campaigns, Partnerships, and Growth team members, as well as closely with global marketing and comms, commercial, and strategy teammates.
This role requires an analytical and entrepreneurial individual who can undertake projects with minimal guidance. You need to be a self-starter, a keen problem-solver, and have a good mix of digital and offline marketing skills.
What You’ll Be Doing…

Marketing planning and execution – execute marketing strategy for both inbound and outbound to accelerate growth in SME and Enterprise campaigns. Ability to identify potential communities, events, and co-marketing partner opportunities and lead from idea to execution.

Lead and execute community building in Israel in key sectors, personas and industries.

Lead and execute partner marketing for Israel, collaborating with the strategic and channel partner teams and partners to maximise full-funnel marketing. Jointly with the commercial partnerships teams, identify, build and activate collaborations that drive relevant conversations in the marketplace. Work closely with the rest of the marketing team in EMEA and deliver cross-functional marketing excellence for key partners.

Lead and execute all events for Israel, hosting owned, partner and sponsored events and maximising events by collaborating closely with sales, partner and corporate affairs and global teams.

Collaborate with content marketing, ABM/campaign marketing and growth marketing to maximise content across channels and lead the localisation of assets in the region.

Support our strategy and go-to-market teams to launch new products in Israel.

Lead reporting – for partner marketing, events and communities in Israel. Review, discuss, and analyse the current performance of marketing campaigns to iterate fast, improve the funnel and nurture of leads. Work closely with content, ABM and growth teams to analyse performance in Israel.

Continuously collaborate to identify opportunities to drive growth—this role is about driving B2B growth. Airwallex is a young team, meaning plenty still needs to be built as we scale up. You will collaborate closely with the wider EMEA marketing team to adopt and share learnings and best practices.
What You Bring…

8+ years experience in a marketing role (ideally in B2B) and experience with both online and offline marketing required, including events, partnerships and community management

Experience working in and with the Israel market and SME and Enterprises in the region

Experience in a fast-moving startup culture

Experience leading marketing projects

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions for commercial and operational performance

Experience using Marketo or Salesforce

Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to move between strategic work and execution at events

Confident communication skills for reporting to stakeholders at different levels, ability to influence people across the organisation
