The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative and strategic campaigns. We work to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to operate, manage and optimize our ecosystem partner marketing programs, with a focus on Airwallex’s global affiliate program. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with ecosystem partners, including but not limited to affiliate partners, individual referrers and content creators. Your expertise in digital marketing, content marketing and data analysis will be instrumental in maximizing the effectiveness of our partner marketing programs.

The role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Hands on the day-to-day operations of the Airwallex affiliate program with partner onboarding, contract negotiation, performance tracking, reporting, and timely payments processing.

  • Partner Recruitment: Proactively identify, recruit, onboard and engage with new ecosystem partners across all markets where Airwallex operates, with a focus on finding partners who align with our target audience and brand values.

  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with agency partners and regional stakeholders to analyze performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve engagement metrics, conversions and overall ROI.

  • Content Localization: Partner with the broader marketing and commercial teams to ensure partner offers and content are accurate with Airwallex product offerings and tailored to resonate with local markets & target audiences.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, productive relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to effectively promote Airwallex products and services.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports that track key metrics such as partner performance, CAC and overall ROI. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record of 5-7 years in performance marketing, with a strong preference for experience in affiliate marketing or content creator marketing.

  • Data Proficiency: Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools like Impact, Google Analytics. Proficiency in using data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Curiosity and Can-do Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, with an eagerness to explore new trends, technologies, and strategies in the marketing space. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, driving results even in ambiguous or complex scenarios.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Must be comfortable working independently and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in B2B or fintech marketing is a plus. A strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the specific challenges businesses face in managing cross-border payments is highly desirable.
