What you’ll do

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech landscape, a proven track record of success in recruiting technical talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills but also for their fit with our core values

  • Keep stakeholders, including C-level executives, informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation

  • Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction

  • Stay ahead of tech trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing our values of ownership and never settle

  • Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals.

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role

  • Proven results in hiring across various technical roles  (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, etc.) using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.

  • Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers

  • Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders

  • Experience recruiting entry-level through to senior complex searches

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantageous, as the role may support the hiring of teams based in Mandarin-speaking markets
