About the team

The Enterprise sales team at Airwallex is a collaborative group focused on transforming how global enterprises manage payments and financial operations. We’re passionate about delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and growth, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, customer focus, and understanding the needs of multinational organizations.

We’re looking for a sales-driven, high-energy individual to join our Enterprise Sales team in ANZ. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, negotiating, and closing high-value enterprise deals across a range of verticals. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our enterprise segment in the region.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, pursue, and close large, complex enterprise deals across multiple industry verticals.

  • Navigate and manage multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging stakeholders from end users to C-level executives while effectively articulating product value.

  • Develop and execute strategic engagement plans tailored to key prospects.

  • Own your sales pipeline with precision – managing deal flow and providing accurate, timely forecasts.

  • Anticipate client challenges and proactively offer solutions that drive business value.

  • Deliver a high-impact, insight-led experience at every stage of the prospect and customer journey

Minimum qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in complex technology sales within enterprise accounts; experience in fintech or payments is a strong plus.

  • Proven success selling multi-product API solutions.

  • A strong network of industry advocates to support your success.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, reach, and build relationships with decision-makers across key industry verticals.

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with experience managing full sales pipelines.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable – you thrive under pressure and think creatively to solve problems.

  • Results-driven, accountable, and aligned to key performance indicators and business outcomes.

  • Willingness to travel as needed and work effectively in a hybrid model, with at least 3 days per week in-office.
