The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. Reporting into the Head of Enterprise, ANZ, you will work in a high calibre team, and support Airwallex’s enterprise strategy across ANZ. This is an opportunity that suits a highly strategic self-starter who wants to build the future of one of the most exciting technology companies in Australia.
This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Responsibilities:

Support enterprise commercial teams to define the short and long term strategy

Prioritise ANZ product launches, working with product, compliance, legal and commercial functions

Participate in regular strategy reviews with global strategy management and business leaders

Develop targeted product and industry use-case sales plays considerate of customer needs, the competitive landscape and Airwallex’s product set

Support the Head of Enterprise with acceleration of customer adoption, growing the customer base and their breadth of adoption across the full range of Airwallex’s offering

Engage with leading enterprise companies to connect Airwallex’s capabilities to customer needs, developing the commercial constructs to help them consume our technology

Advocate on behalf of enterprise customers to ensure their needs are captured in the evolving Airwallex product roadmap
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
Minimum qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience, including experience with top-tier strategy/management consulting firms
-
3+ years of experience working with a software company on go-to-market strategy with experience working with enterprise clients directly within ANZ
-
A strategic thinker and analytical in your approach to developing strategies
-
Success-oriented and outcome orientated

Someone who works collaboratively with people at all levels

Excellent written and succinct verbal communication and presentation skills

Experience engaging with and influencing customer stakeholders at all levels and across all functions

Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential

Commercial acumen, including ability to create commercial proposals

Self-starter that can identify and prioritise opportunities to focus on
