What you’ll do
We’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Operations Manager to drive and maintain various API integrations. You’ll be part of the global Marketing Operations team and will play a critical role in elevating our Martech stack, especially by driving adoption of modern AI tools to improve effectiveness. You’re a resourceful, creative go-getter who is eager to help shape the next phase of Airwallex’s growth.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations that connect various platforms with our marketing automation tool to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across integrated platforms.

Deploy programs for the broader marketing team using our marketing automation tool and have a good understanding of the broader data and system implications.

Monitor the performance of integrations, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot problems to ensure uninterrupted operation of marketing automation processes.

Ensure that all integrations and data handling processes comply with relevant data protection regulations and internal security policies.

Stay updated on new API features, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation. Propose and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness, including prudent uses of AI technology.
This role is based in Singapore.
Who you are
We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:

5+ years of experience working with Marketing Automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), especially at a B2B company.

A track record of building reliable API integrations between different platforms, combined with a strong understanding of data flows and technical limitations between platforms.

A good understanding of different Marketing tools and platforms, and how they contribute to the Martech stack and Marketing’s effectiveness.

Strong analytical skills, a data driven orientation, and uncompromising attention to detail.

Solid communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

An ability to navigate ambiguity and remain adaptable. An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with tools similar to Workato or Zapier is a plus.

Adobe Marketo Engage certification and basic SQL skills are good to have.
